Take Your Boxing Skills To The Next Level

Resistance training plays a massive role in enhancing your speed and explosive power as well as increasing conditioning. Resistance bands are an easy, affordable way to increase the intensity and effectiveness of almost any exercise.

Shadowboxing training with resistance

Throw Every Punch Against Resistance

Loop the band behind your back, grip the handles, and throw your combinations. Every jab and hook meets tension through the full range of motion — so your shoulders, arms and core work harder on every rep. Take the band off and your hands feel noticeably lighter and faster.

No Gym. No Heavy Bag. No Excuses.

All you need is the band and enough space to throw punches. Living room, backyard, hotel room — a few rounds is a legit workout you can do anywhere. It packs flat, weighs almost nothing, and sets up in seconds.

FAQ

How do the bands work for boxing?

Loop the band behind your back and around your shoulders, grip a handle in each fist, and throw punches. The tension increases as you extend, adding resistance to every jab, hook and uppercut.

Which weight should I start with?

New to resistance training? Start with 15 or 20 lb to keep your technique clean, then move up to 25, 30 and 35 lb as you get stronger. Going too heavy too early throws off your mechanics.

Do I need any other equipment?

No. Just the band and some space to throw hands. It also pairs well with a heavy bag or mitts if you already have a setup.

How long until I feel a difference?

Most people feel the burn from round one. With consistent 15-minute sessions a few times a week, expect your combinations to feel sharper within weeks. Results depend on your consistency.
